Wow !!! Time flies,
After 8 months with no income;
after half years as a job seeker;
after 3 months graduated;
after one month to wait for last interview result.
Today, I finally got a call from HR.
She told me that company are having quota back and able to process my pass. She needs time to arrange appointment then sign the appointment letter.
Overall , this is a worth to wait. I know I am taking the high risks, not to find another job opportunity to cover in case failed on my interviews. But, I did said before that expected much returns.
In addition, this is my familiar industry and having few years working experiences plus someone helps me to pull strings. So, I am pretty confident that able to secure this job.

Career || Will it be my last interview after few month as a Jobseeker ?
Blogging is becoming one of my interest now ever since I have started invest in KLSE. The main purpose of blogging is to mark down my every single share transactions. This blog also becoming my diary.As far as I know, it's no longer easy being a blogger.
What a good blogger is ?
As I always have that kind of perception that you have to write a good post without grammar mistake, be careful on sentence construction, finding good point to increase your blog traffic, Chinese or English language must have that kind of standard and etc. All these reasons affected me to blog.
After all, I tell myself that I am not going to become famous blogger and most important is I treat this blog as my diary. I would not hesitate any comments received by readers. I have to admit my language is "sibei jialat"(LoL).
Most of time, I try to use my very simple English or Chinese for blogging. I have to follow my initial thought that convert my ideas into words and share whenever I like. By blogging not only can improve my writing skills but allowing me to look back my history.

事业 || 再一次应征的机会 ~ 心情记录
最近都在忙着找工，没时间理会股市的动态。这月只是小买了FLBHD, 5197, 富佳木业 （是因为看了Harry哥跟Ah Boon前辈的介绍而进场）
这篇重点所想要记载的是应征心情：

话说上星期一接到人事部来电说, 在一个月前所申请的物流业一职是否好感兴趣？
J也差点忘了有申请这职位, 过后很勉强的在电话上interview，毫无准备就“见招接招”。庆幸的是那位在星期三再一次的打来，邀约J来临星期一面试。J又得到多一次的应征机会，还是真的喜出望外。（上几次的应征应该是泡汤，所以对多一次的机会会加以珍惜。）
应征就如面对考试，
不同的是考试有考的范围；面试就要让你临场发挥。
勤劳的应付你的考试，考完后就等待成绩的揭晓；
努力了解公司背景，面试完也是等待成绩的揭晓。（废话！）
要说的是从找工，等工，应征前，到面试后的心情好难受啊！
这一次的面试职位有跟J之前所做的工作经验息息相关，信心还是比上一次应征来得高。因此，只要了解公司的产品和服务还有阅读历年的年报，再加上联想如何用以前工作经验来应付这次该没问题吧！（当时还是犹豫怎应付）
今天是J的应征日，地点还是一样位于小新的莱佛士。这是J第一次面对两位Interviewer一起面试的考验，one is HR another is Hiring Manager ，两位还好，只是其中一位是美国人，基于J的英文是有限公司，难免有些些紧张。还好他们都没怎么问刁难的问题，J还是能答到自己觉得满意的答案。以下是他们所问的几道问题：
1. Tell me about yourself
2. How you handle difficult customers, give example.
3. How you corporate with your team member in the past ?
4. How you manage your time when you are studying?
5. What is your most hate in handling shipment?
6. What do you think you can improve yourself in the next morning?
7. Why you are interested in Logistics?
8. Are you willing to travel?
9. Can you able to 24/7 hrs on standby?
10. Name me which region you most contacted in you past.
除了以上问题，还有其他问题，记忆有限，无法一一列出。大致上，J都能够回答所有问题。面试也花了将近一小时的时间。这比起上一次来得久，成功机率会更高？无人知，只能多等一或两个星期，人事部才会给于答复。
面试完后，J悄悄地Whapps人事部的负责人，得知还有一位应试者。所以，J是要跟那位人兄抢饭碗咯？
面试成绩如何？

后记：以这次的应征经验作为下次的准备。无论成绩如何，要用整能量来看待此应征，期待会接到好消息。

J 期待很久的应征就这样过了，结果如何？往下看吧。。。
从接到消息到去面试的时间，只有三天时间做准备，几乎每晚都失眠，有着失眠恐惧症似的。（没那么夸张啊！）失眠最主要的原因就不过是怕临场发挥不到平时的水准，怕得不到想要的结果。再说，这是J梦寐以求想进的行业，不容有失。
面试地点在小新的莱佛士，下午正。通常在小新的MNC公司都会要求应征者填好表格，带全个人资料，以便减少写错或耽误应征的时间。一天前J就得从家乡到小新来应付隔天的面试。
当天早上到达莱佛士，可看见多数的上班族。J要去的公司人事部坐落于四十楼，也是自己第一次能有机会在那栋高楼仰望小新。首先接洽的receptionist把每位应征者的资料对照确保资料齐全。远处可看见面试这职位的有三位，已经在沙发上等候。
好啦废话少说！
在此J尝试用浅白的英语写，这能够让J提升英文写作能力和写得比较快吧！（因为在小新久，华语打字速度变慢）
Total 5 candidates ( 3 persons before me and 1 candidate after me). The interview process was over-run. My appointment supposed on 12:10pm, but I was called into interview room only on 12:40pm.
There are two interviewers, one is HR personnel and the other is hiring manager. I was too nervous when facing him and unable to speak well although I thought everything was well-prepared. He didn't ask much questions. The entire process took about 20 mins and this was shortest time spent in room compared to three candidates before me.
First and second candidate were asked and discussed with HR for their second round interview (I believe they got the offers) whereas the third candidate go back straight after and said good luck to me with smiling face. (I can tell she a bit frustrated due to long waited hours and she told me graduated from US). HR told me that they will give us final result after one week. But, I already have the answer in my mind.
Question asked during interview:
1.Tell me about yourself
2.Give one of the situation you think is tough for you to handle customer in your past experience.
What you think you did wrongly during interview?
- shouldn't ask about salary package as he is only the hiring manager and question leave it to HR manager.
- My English spoken is a main killer for this interview.
How is my performance ?
-Nervous and confident level dropped from 65% to 35%
-a bit kanjiong during speaking
-waited so long and lost focus
-脑袋突然一片空白
Overall, I did not perform well for this job interview.
你的竞争者都是本地刚毕业的学生，相比下机会很渺茫。不停反顾省思自己真的能胜任这职吗？怎样能让雇主在面试中“爱”上你？你确定还是要走银行这条路吗？在新还是回马工作？总总问题，一闪而过。。。
Tell myself this is great interview experience ever had and you should move on, do the best for next time.
人因梦想而伟大，J能以这梦想持续下吗？

Pre-interview 心情
今天接到小新其中一间银行的人事部告知邀请J下星期应征的好消息。天啊！接听完电话后，感觉真是自己的天大好事呀！那种喜出望外的心情是无法用笔墨来形容。这是本身期待很久的行业，什么职位暂时不重要，能踏入银行业是很多人梦寐以求的行业吧。（猜的！）
虽说这是一桩好消息，但看完应征必备跟须知的email后，那股高兴和兴奋转为紧张，担心，还有点不知所措。即使J有几次的应征经验，但是难免会点点的紧张，应该是应征前的恐惧感吧！
要准备的东西蛮多，但这不是重点。重点是你要如何克服自己的心情，展现个人的优异一面；如何把应征人当作你的朋友，分享你之前的工作经验和让对方能够在一或两小时内“爱”上你这位candidates！
不管在应征时所面对总总的困难和难题，J深信这次的应征肯定能获益不浅。不管成败与否，尽力就好。
期待与盼望应征的日子到来！
