300615: 第一次申请用Maybank2u申请IPO : SUNCON

今天在歪歪姐的脸书发现到她发的SUNCON IPO 申请日期，结果就进去申请。

坦白说，J是跟风，没有真正去做功课研究，在觉得价格合理下决定购买。

平时都是一路看着歪歪姐分享SUNWAY的点滴，才做出这样的举动。

J是有打算长期投资，也想要尝试申请IPO的经验，希望可以增加一位成员进组合。

在买的同时，J把每个步骤记了下来，顺道分享给不知怎样用Maybank2U申请的读者。

其实步骤很简单，看了就会知道怎样购买IPO。

Login into your account → Investment (eShare)  → Select → Click Apply

你要明白你是否有资格申请IPO和同意以下的条件, 然后再继续下个步骤。

DECLARATION:

For share applications, you must make the following declaration:

1. I have attained 18 years of age at the closing date of the share application.
2. I am a Malaysian citizen residing in Malaysia
3. This application is the only application that I am submitting.
4. I hereby give consent to the Bank and Malaysian Central Depository to disclose information pertaining to myself and account with the Bank or Malaysian Central Depository to the Issuing House and other relevant authorities.
5. This application is submitted using my own CDS Account.
6. I accept that the closing time is determined by the Bank and the Bank reserves the right to reject applications submitted after closing time.

我的自述，我的故事 (一)

看了博客Rachel的新文章因和果关系，突然间很想写我的自述。她的因果循环八重点，我中了前五点。写到这里可能有读者会好奇为什么我开始用起“我”而不是“Ｊ”呢？其实这里面是有一段故事。

我刚开始写博的主要原因是要记载我所做的买卖股票记录，好让下次做个参考和反思当初买卖股票的心情感想。因此，我就把这部落格命名为《丰の投资之路》，看我怎样在投资里，一步一步地走上财富自由的路线。

我自认华语写作能力很一般，因为我在小新混了一段日子，日常生活中都用英语来书写。但这不表示我的英语写作能力好，我还在学习当中。有时侯，我会用简单的英语来写文章，尤其是关系到在小新发生的点点滴滴。反之，我都会用很白的华语来写文章。

每篇文章都有作者名字，我就把- J丰 -当成我的笔名。它的原意是【J】＝Jason，【丰】＝本人名字的其中一个字。我就连部落格的标志也换上【豐】的图案，以便读者容易认出本博客。

不写你们不知，我是一个素食者，从小到大都在持素，算算有大约十八年之久。如果把英文发音【J】用在福建话，发音就是素食的意思，也等于Jason，也是前同事们简称我的叫法。（如果读者读到这里也知道我是谁，请你们私下通知我就好了，我还是要低调的 XD）

我总觉得文章里都用第三人称比较好听（个人想法），就这样一直用着【J】当【我】来写文。当时我很内向不想给别人知道作者的真实身份，就纯粹只想低调的做一个小小无名的博客。我也因为这样，种下“因”开启了人生当中的第一个部落格。

开博这半年来也慢慢的累积浏览次数，次数高并不代表我的文章受欢迎，而是我也胆粗粗的去认识大马中文理财博客前辈，要求他们交换连接网，这也让我的部落格浏览次数提高不少。想起来，我是用电邮给歪歪姐，留言给Rachel、CTYap、Wendy、天哥、Ali大大、咚咚、Angel等等的部落客来连接网址。在此也很感谢你们连接本部落格。

ClixSense Payment Proof: 第一次网赚收入

当每个人除了收到全职的月薪资以外，偶尔有额外收入，像是股息、稿费、或是J目前做的网赚，看到钱进入户口的那一份喜悦只有亲身体会过才能懂。昨天也收到股息电邮的通知，钱已经汇入自己户口。懵懵懂懂的，然后有点后知后觉才想起原来是Padini的股息。

自从知道有网赚这好康，J也尝试去了解别间公司的赚钱模式和Min CashOut。各式各样、五花八门的赚法都有。

每样赚法都有它不变的事实：高风险，高回酬；低风险，低回酬。话说回来，起初J也觉得这ClixSense有些风险，怕自己浪费时间，拿不到钱和资料被盗窃等等 (人嘛！都有着KiaSu，KiaSi的态度)。J是永远都不会碰那些网赚得要你先出资金，才能看到回酬的公司。再说，这ClixSense只是在J休闲时进去按按几下，一天一天累积的收入。再过几天，回到工作岗位后，恐怕都没时间上网赚钱或写作吹水了。

废话少说，现在才写重点。(感觉有点像天哥的style =。=||| )

220615 - 减持SASBADI，加码HOMERIZ

说好了六月不做买卖，结果J食言加码三只股，做了组合小小的调动。目前不会扩大组合，拥有七个成员已经很头痛了。掌握自己熟悉的股，在大盘走弱时，趁机加码管理层好的优质股。然后，告诉自己要改变策略，为组合带来更大的纸上盈利。因此，J决定每月都要拿钱来供股票。不然，把钱放在小新户口是不会看到银行给的利息。

现在看着小新银行户口的银额“每况愈下”。钱有出没进，持续下去，你再怎样省迟早也会把储蓄花光光。人事部啊！还须要等多久才能办好J的Pass呢？话说前几天，J已经签好Appointment letter，HR说还要等MOM批准pass application，才能给J知道几时可以正式上班。(哎呀！又要等！奈闷ing)

有买有卖才叫做股票。所以，现在也加码累积股票，在适当时候卖一点套利。如果在资金允许下，J还是会继续拥有，慢慢累积好股。

Today I am going to share what is about Toluna and how I can earn from Toluna.

Unexpected Trip to Medan

I have been busy this few days. No time to watch markets.

Unexpected things was happen and I have no choice but to travel Medan, Indonesia for solving some personal issues.

This was my first time travel from Senai Airport, Johor Bahru (JHB) to Medan - Kualanamu (KNO) , Indonesia.

No enough time to plan the Itinerary and very rush due to last time informed.

I'm a bit "sua gu" when taking flight as I rarely travel out except to Singapore. (Emm...that one is not travel la...you already used to work there and some more no need to take flight to Singapore.)

Great News for my career !

Wow !!! Time flies,
After 8 months with no income;
after half years as a job seeker;
after 3 months graduated;
after one month to wait for last interview result.

Today, I finally got a call from HR.

She told me that company are having quota back and able to process my pass. She needs time to arrange appointment then sign the appointment letter.

Overall , this is a worth to wait. I know I am taking the high risks, not to find another job opportunity to cover in case failed on my interviews. But, I did said before that expected much returns.

In addition, this is my familiar industry and having few years working experiences plus someone helps me to pull strings. So, I am pretty confident that able to secure this job.

这些阻碍让J无法登入Tasks, Offers和Surveys做网赚，赚取更多的美金。
所以自己就“想康想香”，找到一个可以取代任务赚钱Tasks的方法。

这篇是写给J的下线和有兴趣想要加入网赚行列，赚点额外收入的志同道合。

答：你可以加入ClixSense，但是建议你还是开一个Paypal的户口。Paypal能允许在使用电子邮件来标识身份的用户之间转移资金，避免了传统的邮寄支票或者汇款的方法。你可以把在ClixSense所赚到的钱，转入Paypal户口，然后再从Paypal户口转入你申请的银行户口里。J在小新时都有网上购物习惯，大多数美国的购物网站都需要Paypal或者信用卡来预付，所以当时就开了Paypal户口来网购。当然，Paypal的用途不单单仅此。有兴趣读者可以到它们网站了解详情。（http://www.paypal.com/）

Google's Blogger 也有错判的一次！

自开此部落格以来，为了收集自己所拥有股票的相关资料和新闻，J也特地开了另一个博名为“资料收集所”

然而，今天有点错愕收到Google's Blogger的邮件。

重点是J的博，违反了Blogger 的条例和规则！

天啊！

当你上不到网络时，也可以这样玩！

今天不谈股市，这个月也不会对组合做出任何买卖，只等股息进口袋。J在家乡待业也将近半年的时间，没收入，只有消费。

人都会给自己找借口。说好听点是毕业后在家旅行，放松自己；难听的是毕业等于失业，游手好闲。

自从上次应征到至今约一个月时间，当初所说的High Risk，真的会有High Returns吗？

你对PN17了解有多深？

本身投入大马股市已经有六月之久，对于一位新手来说，很多基本术语是从书本上学会。当时学习的市场是Australian Securities Exchange, (ASX)，因为读的课程是源自于澳大利亚。近来，看见Bursa Announcement和博友都有提及PN17，在好奇心下，决定google，转载所学习到的PN17含义和解释。

What is a PN17 company？

PN17 stands for Practice Note 17/2005 and is issued by Bursa Malaysia; relating to companies that are in financial distress. Companies that fall within the definition of PN17 will need to submit their proposal to the Approving Authority to restructure and revive the company in order to maintain the listing status.

While there are more than a thousand companies listed in Bursa Malaysia, not all of them are in a financially sound position. Although at the point of listing, these listed companies must meet the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia, given time, the company's financial position and business direction can change for the better or for the worse.

There are many reasons for these changes, such as change in management, risk profile, management team's experience, foresight, financial appetite, over-gearing etc.

Prior to 2005, listed companies that are in this PN17 condition are classified under PN4.
